Sanibel Vacation Rental FAQ

How far are the homes from the beach?
All of our homes are within a 4–5 minute walk of the beach. Homes #3 and #4 are directly across the street from the beach.
What is the minimum rental period?
We specialize in monthly and seasonal rentals. Sanibel zoning laws allow private homes to rent only once per month. Normal rental periods run from 3 pm Saturday check-in through 10 am Saturday check-out.
Are pets allowed?
A $200 pet fee may apply. Please email or call us to discuss your pet's needs before booking.
How do I check availability and rates?

Do the homes have pools?
Most of our homes feature heated screened pools, and two include spas. Home #4 does not have a pool. See each home's page for full details.
Is smoking allowed?
No smoking please, in any of our rental homes.
What is included in the homes?
Each home is fully equipped with a complete kitchen, washer/dryer, cable TV, DVD, stereo, and more. Most include a gas BBQ grill. See the individual home pages for full feature lists.
