This letter is to confirm your rental of the property at ABC address (Home #__) in Sanibel, Florida.
Occupants to include # adults and # children.

Rental Period:
3 PM Saturday, Month & Date, 2005 check-in through
10 AM Saturday, Month & Date, 2005 check-out

This example shows a 1 month summer rental at $3,000 per month plus 9% Florida tax
Payments:
1. Reservation Payment - required to hold the reservation

The $500 Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 days of leaving, less any damages or repairs.

Owner pays all utility costs. However, renters are responsible for their own long distance phone charges.
To make long distance phone calls, please call collect, or use a phone calling card.

For homes # 1, 3 and 6 only: Since the hot tub and pool are heated by an electric heat pump, we ask that you keep pool heating costs low in order to help us keep our prices low - usually about 80 degrees is reasonable, unless Sanibel experiences an unusually cold or prolonged cold weather spell. If the electric bill is higher than $200 per month for your rental, then we ask that you pay the cost above $200. Please note that the electric utility bill usually averages about $150 per month.

If you cancel this reservation more than 60 days prior to the visit, all prepaid amounts will be refunded.
If you cancel less than 60 days prior to your visit, prepaid amounts will be retained, unless the home is re-rented for the same rate and time period. If re-rented for a lesser amount, then that amount will be refunded to you.
