Sanibel Seasonal & Monthly Rentals
Escape the cold and spend the season in paradise. We specialize in monthly and seasonal rentals on Sanibel Island, ideal for snowbirds and long-stay visitors.
Why Choose a Seasonal Rental?
Sanibel's mild winters and beautiful beaches make it a perfect winter escape. A monthly or seasonal rental gives you the comfort of a fully equipped private home — with a kitchen, laundry, and plenty of space — rather than a hotel room.
Our Homes
All six of our vacation homes are available for monthly and seasonal rentals. Each is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath private home near the beach, most with heated screened pools. See rental rates for monthly pricing.
Rental Terms
Sanibel zoning laws allow private homes to rent only once per month. Normal rental periods run from 3 pm Saturday check-in through 10 am Saturday check-out. Sales, last-minute pricing, or multi-month discounts may apply — please ask for current pricing.
